Peter Steinberger
Software Engineer, Entrepreneur, and the architect behind Clawdbot. The man who came out of retirement to help a lobster take over the world.
The Visionary
Peter Steinberger is an Austrian software engineer with a legacy in the iOS development world. He is best known for founding PSPDFKit in 2011, a project that started as a one-man show and grew into the industry standard for PDF frameworks, serving giants like Apple, Disney, and Dropbox.
After a successful exit in 2021 (~€100M deal), Peter faced a period of personal searching. Retirement didn't sit well. He realized that meaning comes from creation.
In 2025, he returned to the keyboard with a new mission: Personal AI Agency. Thus, Clawdbot was born.

He envisions a future where AI isn't just a chat box in a browser, but an active, autonomous agent living on your hardware, extending your capabilities without compromising your data.
- Open Source: Believes in community-driven development.
- Craftsmanship: Coding is an art form that brings joy.
- Autonomy: AI should do the work, not just talk about it.
